Return and Refund Policy

A defective item is on us. Printing, material, or sewing defects, damaged or lost items during transport: write to us within thirty days with two photos, we will replace or fully refund, at our expense.

Items from the Verso collection (non-customized). You have fourteen days after receipt to change your mind. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with its tag. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Full refund, including standard shipping costs, within fourteen days after receipt of the return.

Customized items in the studio. A garment bearing your text, image, or creation is made for you alone: it cannot be returned for a change of mind, as stipulated by law. You can cancel for free within two hours after ordering. Legal guarantees remain intact in case of defects.

Size exchanges. For a non-customized item, request an exchange from your customer area; we will make the new size upon receipt of the return. For a customized item, the size is stated in the description validated at the time of order: please check our size guide before ordering.

Refunds. Always full, always to the original payment method, no fees or deductions.
