General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose and Parties

These terms govern orders placed on versoparis.shop with Malek Baroudi, sole trader operating under the brand Verso Paris, RCS Évry 788 816 791, 47 avenue du Président Allende, 91300 Massy, France ("Verso", "we"). They apply to any consumer or professional client ("you"). The validation of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of Products: Made-to-Order Clothing

Our clothing is not stored. Each piece is made after your order, according to the description on the product sheet (model, material, color, size, design, printing technique, placement). By placing an order, you entrust us with the manufacturing and delivery of an item that conforms to this description. We may entrust the physical execution of manufacturing and shipping to partner workshops located as close as possible to your delivery address; we remain your sole point of contact and the only responsible party for compliance, deadlines, and delivery.

3. Order and Cancellation Window

The order is firm upon payment confirmation. You have a free cancellation window of two hours after the order, before manufacturing begins, from your client area or by email. After this period, manufacturing is initiated and the order can no longer be modified, without prejudice to your right of withdrawal when applicable (Article 8).

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in the currency of your market, all taxes included for deliveries within the European Union and the United Kingdom, excluding taxes and potential import duties for other destinations, which remain your responsibility and are indicated before payment. The total price is paid in full at the time of order. No fees, interest, or late penalties are charged to you, and we do not offer any credit payment options.

5. Deadlines and Delivery

The indicative manufacturing time is two to five working days, followed by two to ten working days of transport depending on the destination. In the absence of an agreed date, delivery occurs no later than thirty days after the order. In case of a delay attributable to us, you may request delivery within a reasonable time, then cancel the order and obtain a full refund if delivery does not occur. The risks of loss or damage are transferred to you at the moment you physically take possession of the package.

6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity and Hidden Defects

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) for two years from delivery, and from the guarantee of hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). In case of a printing defect, material issue, or manufacturing error, we will replace the item or fully refund you, at our expense, upon simple sending of photos within thirty days of receipt. A lost or damaged item during transport will be reshipped or fully refunded.

7. Customer-Personalized Items

When you add your own text, image, or creation in the studio, the item is made according to your specifications and is distinctly personalized. In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these items, even if manufacturing has not yet started, subject to the cancellation window of Article 3. You check the spelling, resolution, and placement of your creation before ordering; we cannot correct a typo or a low-quality image that you have approved. The guarantees of Article 6 fully apply to these items.

8. Right of Withdrawal for Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized items from the Verso collection (choice of a brand design, size, and color), you have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw without reason, by informing us by email or via the form in your client area. You return the item unworn, unwashed, with its tag, within fourteen days following your notification. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for non-compliant items. We will refund you the full amount paid, including standard shipping costs, no later than fourteen days after receipt of the return, using the same payment method. The standard withdrawal form is attached.

9. Refunds

All refunds are full and made using the payment method used at the time of order. We do not apply any deductions or processing fees.

10. Content of Creations

You guarantee that you hold the rights to the texts and images you upload. We refuse to manufacture creations that are counterfeit, defamatory, contrary to decency or public order, or reproducing sacred texts. In case of refusal after payment, the order is canceled and fully refunded. You grant us the right to reproduce your creation solely for the purpose of manufacturing your order.

Images generated by artificial intelligence. The studio can create an image from your description, using a third-party service. This image is produced for you and integrated into your creation; it may bear similarities to existing works and is generally not copyrightable. Descriptions targeting brands, characters, real people, or content contrary to Article 10 are refused. The number of generations per day is limited.

11. Personal Data

Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, for the execution of the order, manufacturing by our partner workshops, delivery, and tracking. You have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, and opposition by writing to contact@versoparis.shop.

12. Customer Service, Mediation, and Applicable Law

Customer service: contact@versoparis.shop · response within two working days. In case of unresolved dispute, you can freely contact the consumer mediator indicated in our legal notices, or the European online dispute resolution platform. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
